BALASORE, Dec. 25. —
The MLA of Bhograi and district BJD president Mr Ananta Das, has threatened that his party would not hesitate to stall the Haldia-Paradip gas and crude pipeline project, if the NIS (National Institute of Sciences), which was scheduled to come up in Bhubaneswar does not materialise.
Mr Das alleged that the UPA government was adopting a step-motherly attitude towards the state.
