Kapil Sibal said IISER is on the line of IISc Bangalore

....He said that Kolkata and Pune would soon have centres of excellence on the line of Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, adding that the National Chemical Laboratory in Pune have already allotted 100 acres of land for the proposed Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research....
