Oriya alumni from IISc plan to give Smarak patra on NIS to the President

An Oriya alumni from IISc plans to and has been given permission to present a "Samrak Patra" on NIS to the President when he visits Orissa next week. Several other IISc alumni, including the current president of the Oriya Sansad of IISc, plan to join in this.
