CM to take up NIS issue with Centre
Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will leave for a four-day visit to Delhi from Tuesday and be back on December 16. Mr Patnaik will take up the issue of shifting of National Institute of Science (NIS) and urge the Centre to reconsider its decision.

RCSIS, like the last time he brought this up with the HRD minister.
